JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Field Group works with outreach and preventive efforts to prevent young people from falling into crime, substance abuse, or other destructive behaviors. The work is done in a structured preventive manner, requiring close collaboration with other parts of the social and functional support administration, as well as with the public, schools, police, and other agencies that young people come into contact with. Authority exercise is part of the Field Group's work. Evening and night shifts occur regularly.

As an employee with us at the social and functional support administration, you will receive an introduction and external supervision. You will also have access to close management that provides support in your daily work. You will have colleagues with experience who provide support, are development-oriented, and enjoy working together.

QUALIFICATIONS

As an applicant, you should have a degree in social work or another academic education according to the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Experience in fieldwork and case management according to SoL is an advantage.

As a person, you are driven by a strong commitment to vulnerable groups, have good collaboration skills, and find it easy to build good relationships with people around you. You are proactive and have a flexible ability that makes you willing to try unconventional solutions and see opportunities instead of obstacles. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
