Are you a caring and considerate person who wants to make a difference in someone else's daily life? We are now looking for a personal assistant for our male client in Karlshamn.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of our client's daily life. Your job consists of supporting him in everything related to life – from personal care and household chores to walks and activities.

Our client uses a wheelchair and transfers are done with a lift. He communicates with sound but understands both signs and speech. Since he has epilepsy, it is important that you are attentive and confident in acting if a seizure occurs.

The work primarily takes place at home, but also in other locations where the client is. You will receive thorough introduction and training from an experienced colleague to feel secure in the assignment. Our client prefers female assistants who have life experience and a warm personality.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Attentive, caring, and responsible
• Confident in your role and has a good work ethic
• Used to taking initiative but always with the client's needs in focus
• In good physical shape, as the client enjoys walks and gymnastics

Qualifications such as training as a personal assistant or nursing assistant, as well as experience in similar work, are advantageous – but the most important thing is your personality and willingness to provide support.
