We are looking for driven and flexible personal assistants for a 19-year-old girl living with her family in a villa in Hasslö, Karlskrona. She has several interests such as swimming, listening to music, walking, and having coffee. As a personal assistant, you will play an important role in supporting and facilitating her daily life. You need to be confident in yourself, have a warm demeanor, and be able to adapt to her needs.

 We are looking for two people: one who can work on a fixed schedule of 70%, and one who can be employed on an hourly basis as needed to cover for illness and leave.

• Assistance with personal hygiene and care.

• Simple household chores.

• Support during social activities and leisure interests.

• Communication support in healthcare contacts.

• Assist during meals and visits to the swimming pool.

• Help with dressing and undressing as well as during training.

• Support during transfers.

What we are looking for in you?

To thrive in the role, it is important that you are calm, positive, attentive, creative, outgoing, and active. You should be able to adapt to changing conditions and take great responsibility in your role.

The following qualifications are necessary:

• Swimming skills.

• Tolerant of pets.

• Driver's license and access to your own car.

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form.

• Start date: Immediately.

• Employment level: One position is 70% with a fixed schedule, and the other is an hourly position as needed. For the position with a fixed employment level, the employment starts as an hourly position during the first month to see that the collaboration works well. If everything goes as it should, the position will then transition to a fixed employment level.

• Working hours: Day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
