We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant and values long-term commitment, security, and good relationships. This is a role for you who want to be a stable and reliable part of someone's everyday life.

We are looking for both those who want to work 50–100% and those who want to work as substitutes as needed. Double assistance may occur.

About the assignment

The client is a man in his 30s with an acquired spinal cord injury who lives with his family. He needs personal assistance in daily life for life to function in a safe and dignified way.

This is a job for you who want to build a long-term relationship and have the ability to be both present and attentive. 

You will work in an environment with clear routines and structure. Introduction will take place on-site, and you will have time to get to know both the client and the working methods. We value good communication, clarity, and respectful cooperation – so that everyday life can function safely for everyone.

Job responsibilities

The work includes, among other things:

• assisting with personal care

• helping with meals

• performing household chores

• assisting with transfers and manual lifting

Working hours

The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights – weekdays as well as weekends:

• 07:00–15:00

• 07:00–18:00

• 15:00–22:00

• 18:00-07:00 (awake night)

• 22:00–07:00 (awake night)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• attentive, empathetic, and responsible

• proactive and solution-focused

• confident in themselves and has good intuition

Requirements

• Not allergic to pets

• Driver's license B

• Access to a car

• Good physical strength (manual transfers occur)

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement.

Things to consider before your application:

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
