JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a case officer in the care and social services department involves meetings with various people and requires social skills, being attentive, and interested in creating good meetings. To succeed in this, the ability to create clarity and trust is needed.

The work as a case officer involves assessing, deciding, and following up on services according to the Social Services Act based on a holistic assessment. As a case officer in the care and social services department, you primarily assess the right to various support services aimed at facilitating everyday life for individuals, such as home care, relieving services for relatives, social support services for individuals with cognitive impairments, and the right to other adapted housing forms. The work involves close collaboration with unit managers and care staff as well as the various activities of the care and social services department, such as health and medical care.

The work includes both working independently and in interdisciplinary teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the position, we want you to have a degree in social work or equivalent education. You need to have good knowledge of current legislation and be able to express yourself well in speech and writing. Experience in documenting in Life Care and IBIC is a plus. You should be good at structure and planning and have good collaboration skills. You should also be stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and flexible in thought and action.

Experience in case management is an advantage.

A valid B driver's license is required.
