About Trafiko and the position

At Trafiko, we are changing the driving school industry for both students who are about to get their driver's license and for the instructors who educate. We have quickly grown to become one of the largest players in driving education and we conduct introductory and risk education in 20 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory all over Sweden. A total of over 30,000 students are educated annually with Trafiko.

Currently, we offer driving lessons in 8 cities and are now expanding our offerings to include driving lessons for our students in Halmstad, which is why we are looking for you to join us on this journey.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students achieve their goals by adapting education to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient demeanor. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to carry out your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Approved driving instructor
• Trained educational leader
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as required in daily work

Desirable

• Familiar with using digital tools
• Other language skills in addition to Swedish
