As a substitute, we will call you in for shorter assignments, for example when regular staff are sick.

Your tasks include working in a group of children with usual preschool duties, where outdoor activities are a daily occurrence. We prefer applicants who are flexible, cheerful, and positive, and not afraid to take their own initiatives.

We are looking for someone who works well in a team with others and enjoys working with children of different ages. You are flexible and have an easy time building good relationships with children, guardians, and the work team.

As a person, you are secure and attentive and have a positive attitude. In the selection process, we will place great importance on personal qualities and interest in the position.

The Falkenberg Montessori Preschools Foundation has been running preschools in Falkenberg for over 30 years. We have four preschools located in Skogstorp, Skrea, Centrum, and Vessigebro. Every day, we work to meet the children based on their interests and needs to make their time with us the best possible. Our preschools are operated without profit by parents who have children in the program.
