About the position

We are currently looking for someone to work as a substitute personal assistant for a woman in her 70s with a spinal cord injury. The client is in a wheelchair and lives in a rural area about 10 km north of Varberg. The client's interests include her garden and social interaction.

We are looking for someone who can work during the absence of regular assistants, such as during holidays or illness.

The client prefers that applicants are women.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Help with transfers

Shifts are scheduled as follows, both weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00 - 16:00

About you:

We believe that you who are applying for this position enjoy working with people and can recognize the needs of others. You are attentive, solution-oriented, proactive, and you should have a twinkle in your eye. Experience in care is an advantage but not a requirement.

Requirements:

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace as the client lives a bit away from public transport.
• Flexible to work on short notice, both weekdays and weekends.

Scope: 1 substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
