JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a secure and engaged support educator who enjoys change work and has an interest in developing work methods and routines. In this role, you will have a coordinating function with administrative responsibility, which means that no day is the same.

As a support educator, you will play an active role in developing common working methods and approaches together with other colleagues. Together with the unit manager, you will be responsible for social documentation, implementation plans, and method descriptions. You will also work with care and medication management after delegation.

We value interest in and experience with welfare technology solutions, as we work with innovative tools to create increased participation and greater independence for residents.

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has at least 200 YH credits, 60 hp, or equivalent education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience working with people with disabilities and enjoy a coordinating role where you can contribute to the development of the work group.

It is meritorious if you have experience supporting the implementation of new methods and working approaches, as well as knowledge of sign language or alternative and augmentative communication (AAC).

You have good skills in both spoken and written communication and a good understanding of social documentation. You are happy to share your knowledge and are a supportive colleague. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license is required.
