Landeryds School is a F-6 school with just under 90 students. At the school, we have a close collaboration both between the different grades and between school and after-school care. The school is characterized by active value-based work. All students know each other, and all educators know all students. At Landeryds School, you are expected to work together with others in various situations and collectively take responsibility for the overall environment of the school (school-after-school) being good. We are now looking for new employees for our school.

Job Responsibilities

As an after-school teacher, you work to ensure that students have a meaningful and educational leisure time before, during, and after school. The students' needs, development, and learning are the focus. In your work, you encourage students to take their own initiatives, but also organize various activities indoors and outdoors.

The work begins in the morning in collaboration with the school as a complement to the school activities, focusing in the afternoon on offering our students a quality after-school program. The break activities are an important part of school collaboration to create enjoyable and safe breaks during the school day.

You are a clear leader and dare to try new paths to constantly strive for improvement. You work with high expectations and see good relationships with students and guardians as a natural part of your work.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed teacher in after-school care. You have a positive outlook and believe in each individual's ability to develop and learn, are unpretentious and solution-focused, and understand the benefits of working in a team. As a person, you have a good ability to create relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the school's student health team. You have the ability to work independently and goal-oriented. It is also important that you are flexible, take initiative, and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the operation. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
