The Role of a High School Teacher with Us

As a teacher in Kungsbacka Municipality, you will be a key part of our development initiative aimed at supporting our students to achieve their optimal capacity in school.

The role is characterized by a culture of sharing where we collectively take responsibility, inspire, collaborate, and support each other. Your duties will include teaching students in hotel courses within the Hotel and Tourism program, managing APL, and driving the Erasmus and college platform Visita.

Your Profile

The right person for this job thrives in an environment with constantly changing circumstances and sees opportunities in changes. The right person is genuinely interested in creating, maintaining, and nurturing good relationships with both colleagues and students as well as guardians. You are knowledgeable in your subjects and have a good ability to communicate with and lead young people. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and organize your work effectively. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified high school teacher with the qualification to teach hotel subjects

It is a merit:

• if you have experience teaching hotel subjects at the high school level
