Kommunsamverkan Cura Individutveckling is a municipal association with members from the municipalities of Blekinge. Our mission is to offer services in the psychosocial and neuropsychiatric fields, where coordinated efforts provide significant advantages. We offer care, support, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families. Within the autism spectrum disorder, we provide high school education with boarding, group housing, and daily activities.

Klaragymnasiet with boarding is a school for adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. The school's purpose is to provide quality education and create conditions for further studies, work, or other daily activities.

We offer the following programs:

• Social Science Program, with a focus on social science.
• Esthetic Program, with a focus on visual arts and design.
• Sales and Service Program.
• Introduction Programs, program-oriented choice, and individual alternatives.

In addition to the principal, the workgroup consists of an assistant principal, special education teacher, school nurse, two resource teachers, and 17 teachers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach students in natural science and mathematics and/or other subjects in which you are qualified. You will have special responsibility for developing and conducting natural science education. All teaching includes taking individual considerations for students based on clarifying pedagogy. The work also includes customizing teaching and materials according to the student's needs.

To give students the best conditions, we work in small groups of four to eight students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified teacher in mathematics and natural science at the primary school level, grades 1 - 9. It is important that you have experience teaching at the secondary level and working with adolescents who need special support. You should have the ability to work with students with autism and be flexible in your approach to meet students at their knowledge level. Knowledge of clarifying pedagogy is an advantage.

You must have a B driver's license and a valid extract from the police criminal record.
