Do you want to help create a safe, curious, and educational everyday life for children? At the outdoor preschool Nätet, we believe that children learn best through play, secure relationships, exploration, and community. We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher who wants to contribute their skills, warmth, and creativity to our team.

The parent cooperative Nätet is an independent outdoor preschool operated as an economic association where the board is the main authority. With us, nature, sustainability, and children's participation are at the center.

We actively work with Green Flag, the Outdoor Association, language, and communication. Through our Mulle, Knytte, and Knoppis activities, children can follow the changes in nature and learn about the big and small in nature. Outdoor activities and learning in nature are a natural part of our pedagogical everyday life.

Job Responsibilities:

As a preschool teacher with us, you play a significant role in the pedagogical work. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum, in close collaboration with colleagues and guardians.

We are looking for someone who has a child-focused approach, is a co-researching educator, and sees the value in working together in an engaged team. You should be present, attentive, and secure in your professional role and contribute to a positive and professional work culture.

Qualifications:

We primarily seek someone who is a licensed preschool teacher but also welcome applications from trained childcare workers with experience in pedagogical work in preschools and a strong interest in teaching and development work.

Requirements:

· Preschool teacher license or education as a childcare worker.

· Good knowledge of the preschool's mission and values.

· Ability to work independently and in a group.

· Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
