JOB DESCRIPTION

As a student supporter with us, you will work closely with teachers, student health teams, and other staff to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating school environment. Your work includes supporting individual students during the school day, both in the classroom and in other learning environments.

Job responsibilities:

• Support for students in teaching situations, breaks, and transitions.
• Promoting social interaction, safety, and study focus.
• Participation in the school's value base and safety work.
• Collaboration with teachers and student health regarding adaptations and support measures.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with students in a school environment.
• Has a good ability to create relationships and build trust.
• Is calm, clear, attentive, and flexible.
• Has a professional and solution-focused approach.
• Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team.

Meritorious is:

• Pedagogical education or other relevant education.
• Experience working with students in need of special support.
• Knowledge of low-arousal responses.
