JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Backaryds preschool is looking for preschool teachers who work on a scientific basis and have a good understanding of the latest research. We are looking for colleagues who have new knowledge in the educational field, with the overarching goals and guidelines of the curriculum. We offer a workplace with new working methods and approaches where we work together as a team. We are working to develop play and learning environments in preschool and would like you as a new colleague to contribute your ideas and knowledge regarding exploratory environments where digital learning resources are seen as a complement.

Together with your colleagues, you should focus on the preschool's values and knowledge perspective. You should be well acquainted with and knowledgeable about the preschool's governing documents. Together with your colleagues, you share the overall responsibility for planning, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation of the educational activities.

We shape an operation with a co-researching approach based on the children's interests and curiosity, where all teaching takes place in a playful manner. You meet each child, guardian, and colleague with respect and humility.

The preschool teacher's mission is to offer children good care, development, and learning based on the preschool's governing documents. Responsible for and developing pedagogical work in preschool based on the preschool's curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS

You as a preschool teacher must have a preschool teacher's license.
