JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in the dialysis unit, you will work with kidney patients who come for dialysis treatment 3-4 times a week, often for many years. The work involves close contact with patients and extensive work with medical technology equipment. We believe in empowering patients by involving them in their care and therefore focus on self-care. We work in groups with responsible nurses for patient safety and high-quality care. The work in the dialysis unit uniquely combines technology and nursing with independent work on patients' treatment and care.

In addition to patient work, where each nurse has specific nursing responsibilities for a number of their own patients, each employee also has specific tasks aimed at improving the quality of care and medical management. We expect you to actively participate in business development, take personal responsibility, and work with us towards our goals.

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• monitoring during dialysis
• disconnecting dialysis.

In the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working with dialysis.
