We are now looking for a nurse to join our wonderful team!

The Mobile Team is a newly started and growing operation within Attendo. The team consists of dedicated nurses who work in an on-call team based in central Gävle. Our responsibilities currently extend over two SÄBO and five LSS group homes throughout the county. We are responsible for the operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. We work with close leadership and direct communication channels.

Job Description

The work includes telephone advice, urgent assessments, and performing planned tasks that need to be done during on-call hours.

• Permanent position approximately 80%

• Working hours during evenings/nights/around the clock on weekends and public holidays

• Start date to be agreed upon

• Driver's license is required

We are looking for a licensed nurse with work experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

In our homes, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place in the homes. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least three years of work experience preferably in elderly care

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• Class B driver's license
