We are proud to launch our Talent Program for the fourth time in collaboration with Aenigma. The program is designed to give you a strong start in your career through a tailored development plan that helps you grow long-term within the company.

For one year, you will combine real consulting assignments with training that strengthens both your technical skills and personal abilities. The program focuses on developing you in technology, maintenance methodology, and project work, while also training you in leadership, collaboration, and communication.

You will go through the program with other talents from different locations, creating an inspiring community and a valuable network. Throughout the year, you will participate in joint training sessions, digital meetings, and exchanges of experience with both junior and senior colleagues. The goal is for you to grow in your role, feel secure, and receive the right support at every step of your development.

• A background in chemistry or energy technology with a university degree in engineering.
• You should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Driver's license B.

• Relevant work experience and/or thesis work within the process industry.

We are looking for someone who has the ambition to develop in the role of process engineer. You have a strong technical interest and a commitment to working towards a better environment and safety.Your tasksAs a consultant at Aenigma, you will work on various projects within the process industry. The role involves broad technical responsibilities where you are often involved early in the projects and serve as a link between different disciplines. You work closely with both clients and colleagues, with clear anchoring and support from Aenigma, and always have access to experienced specialists to discuss questions with. The assignments vary in scope and can range from smaller interventions, such as replacing individual equipment, to larger comprehensive commitments.

Examples of tasks included in the projects:

• Conduct process engineering calculations and develop flow diagrams.
• Prepare technical specifications, functional and process descriptions for equipment and systems.
• Act as technical support to project managers and procurement during procurements, for example by defining equipment requirements and ensuring that technical solutions meet the project's needs.
• Participate in various types of risk analyses to contribute to safe facilities.
• Collaborate with several disciplines such as mechanics, instrumentation, electrical, and other technical areas to ensure that systems and components work together as a whole.
