PASS-Team is the largest private employer in Bollnäs Municipality. We provide personal assistance to around 40 users across Hälsingland. We are now looking for you to help us this summer while our skilled assistants take a well-deserved vacation!

The need is in the municipalities of Bollnäs, Ovanåker, and Söderhamn.

As a personal assistant, you will provide support and assistance to a person in their daily life, at home, and during various activities. Assistants are recruited based on the user's needs and preferences. The tasks vary and can range from supporting and providing structure in daily life to handling hygiene, transfers, and more caregiving tasks for another user. The tasks depend on personal interests, specific diagnoses, and how the individual wants to live their life.

We are looking for personal assistants who are flexible, confident, and attentive. Working hours vary. Depending on the user, they may be scheduled for day, evening, night, or around-the-clock shifts. We explicitly work with a process of personal matching where you are matched to the specific assignments that suit you best. The person receiving assistance is always part of the process and has the final say in recruitment. In some assignments, specific qualifications may be required, such as caregiving experience or knowledge of sign language/support sign language.

As a new employee, you will start with a preparatory introduction in the spring and may also be able to start before the summer if needed and possible. There may be continued opportunities for extended employment after the vacation period in some cases.

Hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations such as overtime and on-call pay according to collective agreement (Vårdföretagarna-Kommunal). Wellness allowance of 2100 SEK (for the whole year, which means 175 SEK/month).
