The team you will join

You will be part of a team of Customer Service Specialists striving to deliver excellent customer service and maintain good internal relationships.

We work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, supervisors, salespeople, and various teams in our global organization. Our team culture is about collaboration and supporting each other. Our team members are based in several locations in Sweden, and this position is located in Gällivare.

What you will do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

Provide support to customers and supervisors, focusing on service orders.
Be responsible for contracts and service orders as well as project needs.
Perform tasks such as entering work hours and materials, creating purchases, receiving goods, and invoicing in our business system SAP.

Has strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
Is self-motivated and responsible but also enjoys working in a team.
Has a high level of computer proficiency.
Has experience with the SAP business system (preferred but not required).
