About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment as well as for permanent recruitment to Telia.

Job responsibilities
As an order administrator, you will work with order placement and registration in multiple systems. You will resolve and manage a wide variety of orders for private customers. You will also handle misregistrations and deviations, where your task is to ensure that the case is resolved and that the relevant parties are informed. The role includes contact with both your colleagues and customers. You will belong to a department with both new and experienced colleagues in the same role, and together you will work to find good solutions and ensure satisfied customers.
In the first weeks of your employment, you will be offered an introduction and training. After that, you will have continuous dialogue with your immediate manager at Telia and Bravura. You will receive support in your daily work to take the next step in your development and gain knowledge in additional areas of expertise. Depending on your development and interests, there are good opportunities to further develop your career within Telia.

Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed high school education
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Experience in administration/customer service is an advantage

You have a good ability to communicate verbally and in writing as you handle many different contact points. The role requires you to take initiative and have the ability to adapt to different situations and varying tasks.
