ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Finspång. We are looking for both those who want to work according to a fixed schedule of 80-100% and those who want to work as substitutes.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM

• 08:00 PM - 09:00 AM with waiting time overnight

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 70s who is wheelchair-bound and has cognitive impairments. He uses a wheelchair, electric wheelchair, and shower chair as aids.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Anything he may need support with in everyday life

He has a genuine interest in sports and enjoys traveling and vacationing in different places in Sweden.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You do not need to have any previous care experience; the most important thing is the chemistry between you and the client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

QUALIFICATIONS

• Manual driving license

• Care experience or equivalent

• Care education or equivalent

Number of positions: 2 substitute positions & 1 position of approximately 80-100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
