Your role with us

As a nursing assistant, you work with a meaningful mission where you contribute to a safe and fulfilling everyday life for our customers. A professional approach and good treatment are a given. The work is customer-focused and based on each individual's needs and wishes. The role includes case management, personal responsibilities, and varied work with care interventions, activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff.

As a specialist nursing assistant, in addition to care work, you have a guiding and developing role. You work on behalf of the unit manager with a focus on further developing person-centered care through responsibility for quality work, implementation plans, and follow-up based on the individual's needs. The role also includes responsibility for the organization's quality register and guidance of colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a care and nursing program or equivalent education and experience in healthcare and nursing. Experience from short-term care and education in psychiatry or dementia is an advantage.

We are also looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a specialization in, for example, elderly health and illness, palliative care, emergency care, psychiatry, or dementia. Experience working with people with dementia and social documentation is an advantage. Other relevant further education is desirable, and we want you to have experience in guidance and training.

The assignment requires you to be a person with good collaboration skills. You are attentive, empathetic, and respectful in your interactions with both customers, relatives, and colleagues. We prefer that you are social, service-oriented, and flexible, and have the ability to handle situations that can sometimes be stressful. You are driven and have a strong commitment to development and quality work.

You need to have good documentation and computer skills and be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing.

We are now looking for 8 nursing assistants and 2 specialist nursing assistants to join our team.

Stafvre short-term care consists of the departments Stafvre 1, 2, and 3, as well as Jasmine's respite care. The organization provides respite and short-term care with a rehabilitative and flexible approach where customers are encouraged to maintain and strengthen their functions based on their own abilities.

The work is team-based and takes place in close collaboration between different professions with the customer in focus. Our mission includes rehabilitation, and we work based on clear goals for each customer.

The care administration's activities target the elderly and individuals who need functional support, as well as those requiring home healthcare. The organization is functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
