Are you a driven electrician or electrical engineering consultant looking to take the next step in a combined role focusing on technical design and sales?

On behalf of our client – a leading global player in electrical and digital building infrastructure – we are now looking for an engaged colleague to join the team in Stockholm. The role is a central link in driving success for the company's market-leading systems for prefab installations.

As Technical Support, you play a key role in the entire sales process. Your main focus is on the product area: prefabricated installation systems (quick connection systems) where you are responsible for digital design, calculations, and technical support. You work closely with the local sales team to develop optimal solutions for projects in segments such as retail, hotels, schools, and offices.

The role combines technical expertise with customer contacts in the field. You are expected to conduct approximately 50 customer visits per year to educate, present solutions, and secure deals.

We offer an exciting permanent position in a family-like, international environment with high-quality products. The position is based at the office in Stockholm, with the possibility of some remote work. Travel within Sweden occurs regularly (about one day a week).

Responsibilities

• Digital design & calculations: Design and calculate projects in a CAD environment.
• Technical sales support: Support the sales organization and customers in the Nordic region with your technical expertise.
• Customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Pipeline management: Responsible for quote follow-up and updates in the CRM system.
• Operational collaboration: Coordinate orders and deliveries and handle after-sales issues.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you are:

• An educated electrician with at least 3 years of experience (preferably from commercial premises) or have a background as an electrical engineering consultant.
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD. If you have also worked in Bluebeam, Revit, and DIALux Evo, it is a strong merit.
• Well acquainted with cabling quantities and design of connection points.
• Professional in your language use in Swedish (spoken and written) and have good knowledge of English.
• A structured and driven person who is motivated to work in a dynamic environment with a fast pace.
