Technician for Lumera

Lumera is one of the cornerstones of AMF's operations, and we are now looking for a technician who wants to be an active part of the work around one of our most central systems. About the role

As a technician within Lumera, you will work closely with our most important business system and ensure that operations run smoothly and reliably. The role is practical, varied, and gives you the opportunity to both deepen your knowledge and develop broadly. You will work in both test and production environments, plan production runs, handle installations, troubleshooting, monitoring runs, backup/restore, and ongoing performance improvements. You will also produce reports and manage incidents, as well as follow the development of new functionality in Lumera and contribute to evaluations.

As a technician, you will be part of a team with developers, testers, and other system technicians. We work agile according to SAFe and have a culture where we learn from each other and help each other. The work also involves some evening work and work on non-working days - this schedule is planned within the team.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has worked with operations and management and has experience with Lumera. You also have a basic technical ability that allows you to navigate environments where SQL Server is used, both regarding backup and restore. It matters less whether you have worked with it for a few years or significantly longer; with us, it is your curiosity, engagement, and willingness to take responsibility that makes the difference. We believe that you thrive when you work closely with technology, solve problems, and contribute to making things work in practice. You are patient, meticulous, and care about doing things right. Furthermore, you speak Swedish.
