Test Leader/Tester for Power System Data

About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced test leader/tester for the management object Power System Data. The management object manages and develops IT solutions for complex system integrations, where IT test management plays an important role in a stable power grid. You will be responsible for the entire testing chain – from idea and planning to execution, documentation, and follow-up – in collaboration with project managers, system owners, business specialists, and development teams.

Your Responsibilities Include

Planning, leading, and following up on testing work
Developing and maintaining test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Ensuring testability in requirements specifications and reviewing requirements
Conducting system, integration, and acceptance tests, as well as regression tests
Coordinating testing work between projects, teams, suppliers, and Nordic operators
Reporting status, risks, and deviations to management and project leadership
Managing defect reporting and quality assurance
Contributing to a quality-focused working method in cross-functional teams

About You

Required Qualifications:

Additionally, we see that you have a university degree in IT/technology or equivalent experience gained in other ways. You also have:

Documented work experience in testing and test management.
At least 7 years of experience in testing and at least 3 years as a test leader in the last 15 years
Solid experience in system test integration, API testing, requirements analysis, and collaboration between business, development, and management
Experience in test automation in collaboration with development
Experience in leading or coordinating technical testing efforts in in-house developed and purchased systems
Very good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

It is Meritorious If You Have:

Certification in testing, such as ISTQB CTAL-TM or equivalent
Experience working with modern testing tools such as Playwright, Apache JMeter/SoapUI
Experience in performance testing (load and stability testing)
Experience in test management in a security-sensitive environment
