Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience as an Agile Coach or similar.

The client is a governing authority for another agency, and their goal is to manage, further develop, and create new IT support to assist the election process and its implementation.

The development and management are conducted according to the agile framework SAFe. They consist of 9 agile teams in two locations (Sundbyberg and Västerås) with approximately 80 employees.

They are looking for a Scrum Master for one of the train's teams, where you will coach the team in agile principles and further develop the team's ceremonies and collaboration. You will also coach the other Scrum Masters of the train to grow in their roles and to enhance the agile maturity in the development teams.

You are passionate about agile working methods and developing people and teams. You are experienced in leading workshops, facilitating appropriate forums/meetings, and have solid experience in training others in agile practices. You are well acquainted with agile principles but also attentive to different conditions and can act pragmatically when the situation requires it.

In your role, you will work closely with the train's RTE and other Scrum Masters and their teams, in addition to your development team.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
• At least 4 years of work experience as a Scrum Master
• At least 2 years of work experience in a coaching/leadership role outside the team, e.g., Agile Coach or similar.

Desirable

• Certified Scrum Master
• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• At least one year of practical experience in training teams and individuals in SAFe.
• Certified Coach
• Background as a developer or tester in development teams
