We are looking for a senior requirements analyst to strengthen an operational development function focused on requirements work. The role involves driving the requirements work forward and supporting project and assignment management to create good conditions for deliveries. You will operate in a strategic and supportive environment where the work is done in close collaboration with the business, development, and other stakeholders, with a holistic perspective at the organizational level.

• Lead and coordinate the requirements process through planning, prioritization, and follow-up to ensure the right quality at the right time.
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis through interviews and workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Document and manage requirements in the form of requirement documents, specifications, and user stories for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure clear communication and a shared understanding of requirements between stakeholders, project management, development, and testing.
• Support the establishment of lifecycle management for requirements and track, manage, prioritize, and validate changes throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Create structure in the requirements mass and support the establishment of requirements even in management.
• Participate in the review and approval of requirement documentation and support acceptance testing to ensure that deliveries meet defined requirements.
• Identify risks and issues related to requirements and suggest actions.
• If necessary, develop test plans based on requirements and, to a lesser extent, lead the testing process.

• 5–9 years of experience in the role of requirements analyst.
• Documented experience in leading and driving requirements work in assignments/projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, for example through interviews and workshops.
• Experience in developing and managing requirement documentation such as specifications and user stories.
• Experience in requirements management and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in verification/validation of requirements and support in acceptance testing.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in developing test plans and to some extent leading testing processes.
• Experience in risk management related to requirements work.
