The assignment involves senior reinforcement in the procurement of indirect materials, with a clear focus on machine deliveries and installation-related purchases. The environment is technically complex and safety-critical, and the assignment combines strategic responsibility with operational execution.

You will be responsible for procurement related to machines, production equipment, and technical contracts. The work includes RFQ/RFI/RFP processes, commercial negotiations, contracts, and delivery plans, as well as ongoing follow-up of orders, deliveries, and project status. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project organizations and manage purchases related to installation, commissioning, changes, and deviations.

You are a senior buyer with 8–10 years of experience in industrial procurement, preferably in a consulting role. You have documented experience in project procurement of machines, production equipment, and installation contracts. You are confident in negotiations, have a good technical understanding of production processes, and are accustomed to delivering in technically demanding environments. Experience from safety-critical or regulated industries is an advantage.

Immediate start. The assignment is 100% and runs initially for 6–12 months with the possibility of extension. Location in Örebro County, primarily on-site, with some opportunity for hybrid work depending on the project phase. The role may be subject to security clearance according to applicable regulations.
