Communicator with a focus on graphic production

Do you want to help shape the communication for one of Sweden's strongest B2B brands? Würth is looking for a creative and strategic communicator with a focus on graphic production - a role where you will take a holistic approach to visual communication, from idea to finished material.

About the role

As a communicator with a focus on graphic production, you will be a key person in our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and packaging sales support, campaigns, and communication materials that strengthen our brand and drive the business forward. The role is both strategic and operational, and you will work closely with internal stakeholders. You will be part of an engaged marketing team with broad expertise in communication, digital marketing, and campaign production.

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate concepts and campaigns in close dialogue with internal clients.
  • Be responsible for graphic production of sales support, campaigns, and communication materials according to Würth's graphic profile.
  • Ensure that the brand's visual guidelines are followed in all materials - from printed materials to events and product communication.
  • Produce materials for various channels and target groups, such as catalogs, brochures, presentations, and store communication.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has relevant education in design, communication, or equivalent.
  • Has several years of experience as an Art Director, graphic designer, or similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative height and strategic ability.
  • Master Adobe Creative Cloud at a high level.
  • Has experience in setting requirements for external agencies and ensuring high-quality deliveries.
  • Is accustomed to project managing communication projects from brief to finished production.
  • Is structured, self-driven, and enjoys working towards deadlines.
  • Has a service-oriented approach, listens to needs, and builds good internal relationships.
  • Has good judgment in how you anchor decisions and drive work forward within the organization.

We offer

We offer you a flexible job with responsibility and good opportunities for both professional and personal development. You will be close to decision-making and will have a good opportunity to influence. Other benefits include advance vacation, lunch benefits, a good working environment, wellness grants, employee discounts, and the technical and digital equipment required for the job.

We are one of the world's largest family-owned companies where our familial atmosphere and forward-thinking spirit are evident. We invest in our employees and are convinced that employees are the difference that makes a difference, where we take good ideas and value your unique perspective.
