Operational Buyer at EuroMaint Örebro

Do you want to contribute to efficient and cost-conscious purchasing in a dynamic and expanding company? As an operational buyer at EuroMaint Örebro, you will play a central role in ensuring that our suppliers deliver the right materials, on time and at the right cost.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing materials and services based on supplier framework agreements, while continuously working to maintain good relationships with both new and existing suppliers. You will, among other things:

• Place purchase orders and call off materials and services from suppliers.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure that materials arrive according to the agreed schedule.
• Actively develop and nurture relationships with suppliers through daily communication.
• Proactively manage and prevent delivery problems and material shortages.
• Collaborate with strategic purchasing to follow up and evaluate suppliers' performance and delivery reliability.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient processes and standardized methods between different internal functions.

This position is a 6-month temporary contract with a possibility of extension.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and analytical buyer with relevant education or equivalent experience. You have a good understanding of purchasing processes, including contract management and cost control, as well as experience working with various system supports. It is important that you have good knowledge of material flows, delivery terms, and inventory optimization, as well as negotiation experience.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are independent, ambitious, and results-oriented. You have the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex issues, are systematic and methodical, and have an open mind for changes and new working methods.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Use of Office 365 and other business systems is part of your daily work, and if you have experience with our business systems like LN and SAP, we consider it an advantage.
