As a Technical Sales Representative for TRUMPF's machine tools, you will work with market-leading products and be responsible for the sales of complete solutions to OEMs and the manufacturing industry. The position involves technical sales and requires a good understanding of our customers' production processes and how TRUMPF can be the obvious solution. You will be responsible for the eastern region; Mälardalen, Stockholm, as well as Örebro and Karlstad. You will work from your home office. TRUMPF is open to where you are located geographically, but preferably centrally in the region, such as in Gävle, Västerås, or Örebro.

You will own the projects from evaluation to production start. During the sales cycle, you will build trust and be the customer's support in the process. Based on a layout of the facility, you will prepare a quote and present a complete solution to the customer. You will have back-office support from the office in Alingsås and in Germany.

• Relationship-building with existing and new customers. • Technical needs analysis together with the customer. • Technical advice during customer negotiations. • Collaboration with service and aftermarket on sold projects to create added value for the customer.

You have knowledge and experience in production technology in an industrial environment as well as in the machine industry. You also have an understanding of automated systems. Previous experience from TRUMPF is an advantage.

You enjoy working in a technical advisory capacity and use your knowledge, listening skills, and sales personality to gain the customer's trust. You are challenged and thrive in all parts of the business process, from prospecting to needs analysis, quote presentation, follow-up, and closing, as well as developing existing customers.

You have a knack for building good relationships and have a natural drive to succeed. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working independently and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your time. You drive your district and business opportunities forward in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

We also expect you to meet the following criteria:

• Technically interested, with a very good technical understanding of production flows.

• Responsive, persistent, and service-oriented.

• Communicative, with professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

• Goal- and business-driven with the ability to close deals.

• Driver's license and willingness to travel for work.

• As the district includes Mälardalen, Stockholm, and Örebro, we expect you to live centrally in the district.
