Gesab stands for Garage Equipment Service AB. They have been selling workshop equipment, car lifts, tire machines, wheel aligners, truck lifts, lifting jacks, and service to both large and small workshops since 1983. About the position

This is the role for you who wants to take full ownership of the entire sales process and work with extensive, long-term projects in heavy vehicles. As a salesperson at Gesab, you will become a key person in the development of solutions for truck workshops, bus depots, and new establishments in the construction and vehicle sectors. You represent Gesab as a technical specialist and reliable partner, driving business with commitment, clarity, and professionalism – from the first customer contact to the completed deal.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive projects from early customer dialogue all the way to closure, participate in procurements, and stay updated on relevant market players. You will build and develop strong relationships with clients, builders, and customers while identifying new business opportunities through active market cultivation and environmental monitoring. You will work systematically with projects in relevant systems to reach the right decision-makers, manage incoming leads, and proactively seek new needs in the market. The role also involves contributing internally when needed, giving you a varied and dynamic workday.

We are looking for someone who

Is a confident and experienced salesperson who enjoys navigating complex project environments. You like to build long-term relationships and create trust with customers and partners. You are long-term and persistent, structured and goal-oriented, with strong social skills and confidence in customer dialogues. You love to do business and see potential where others see obstacles. The role is about clear project management, strategic thinking, and driving business from start to finish with professionalism and commitment.

Requirements

·       At least 5 years of sales experience.

·       Experience in heavy vehicles: buses, trucks, lifting equipment, or similar.

·       Familiar with driving long-term sales projects

·       Understanding of construction processes and procurements in a sales context

Meritorious

·       Knowledge of construction, the automotive industry, or workshop equipment

·       Ability to read and understand drawings

·       CAD skills and ability to support builders with equipment planning
