In Helsingborg, we have started a mobile team that strengthens existing healthcare providers and offers safe and accessible care for patients who prefer healthcare at home instead of in the hospital. The team acts as a coordinating hub and can assess, plan, prescribe, and perform interventions. Care is provided based on each individual patient's needs, with the goal of offering qualified care both medically and psychosocially. The team consists of doctors, nurses, social workers, and medical secretaries, and operates physically from its own premises on Närlundavägen in Helsingborg.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer a developing and exciting job where you become part of a team. As a physician with us, you will perform medical assessments and interventions in the patient's home or in special housing.

We are open every day of the year, with working hours between 08:00 and 17:00, which means that some weekend work is included in the position.

You will lead and actively participate in planning around the patient's care together with other professionals and in collaboration with other healthcare providers. We also want you to actively participate in the development and improvement work of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Knowledge of the Swedish language at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement for the position. You also need to have a valid B driver's license as care is primarily provided in patients' homes. We welcome your interest in working in a team and your desire to help develop the organization.

You have good professional skills and focus on the patient, with the ability to see the individual needs of the patient. Part of the work involves support and conversations, which is why you must be communicative and able to meet people at different stages. Furthermore, you have a flexible approach to solving the tasks of the workday. Great emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability.
