– Make a real difference together with engaged colleagues

Are you a secure, curious, and committed family therapist with a passion for treatment work? At Enebacken's institution, you will have the opportunity to work closely with families in an environment where development, presence, and professional care are at the center. Together with knowledgeable colleagues, we create space for real change – for children, parents, and the entire family system.

Do you want to contribute to long-term change work, together with engaged colleagues and with the child's best interests in focus? Then we would love to hear from you!

We are now looking for a staff member for a permanent position, based at Ugglan.

Job Responsibilities

What is the purpose of our work?

At Enebacken, we offer families a safe and structured institutional environment where they – together with us – have the opportunity to break negative patterns, strengthen functioning behaviors, and develop new strategies that promote the child's development and the well-being of the entire family.

The treatment work is grounded in everyday life. Through institutional work, we gain unique insight into interactions and can work closely, directly, and situationally. We focus on:

  • Creating safety and trust
  • Strengthening daily routines and interactions
  • Increasing mentalization ability and attachment
  • Making resources visible and building on what works

What does the role entail?

As a family therapist, you will work with families with children aged 0–12 years – both in an institutional environment and in the child's local environment. You are an important part of a closely collaborating team that works with a few families at a time, always focusing on long-term changes.

Examples of job responsibilities:

  • Conversations with children, parents, and the entire family
  • Interaction support, such as Marte Meo
  • Parent education, e.g., COS-P (Circle of Security)
  • Practical and pedagogical support in everyday life
  • Networking with schools, social services, and other actors

The work requires sensitivity, flexibility, and a willingness to meet families where they are – both emotionally and practically. Working hours are scheduled with some evening and weekend work (at most every third weekend), with the possibility of flexibility.

Qualifications

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have a degree in social work or equivalent education and have experience working with treatment-oriented work with children and parents. You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and have good digital skills.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Experience of treatment in an institutional environment
  • Experience of treatment work with children aged 0–12 years and their networks
  • Training in treatment models such as COS-P, Marte Meo, Signs of Safety, parent group programs
  • Multilingualism beyond Swedish and English

As a person, we believe you are:

  • Secure, independent, and proactive
  • Collaborative and curious
  • Resilient and professional even in difficult situations
  • Passionate about long-term change work

What do we offer?

With us, you will become part of a competent and warm team where colleagues are eager to share knowledge and ideas. We value professional development and offer:

  • Individual introduction and continuous group supervision
  • Professional development, lectures, and training
  • Wellness benefits, flexible working hours, and the possibility of vacation exchange
