About the job
As an administrator with us, you will play a key role. You will support the department manager, project leaders, and service leaders in financial matters, working with financial follow-ups and monitoring customer invoices. In your role, you will have great variety in your daily tasks and will have a lot of contact with our employees, customers, and administrators at other Bravida offices.
Your main responsibilities:
- Respond to customers via phone in a service-oriented manner
- Handle invoicing and some purchases
- Register salaries and new customers
- Ongoing customer and supplier accounts
- Personnel administration (training, etc.)
- Daily responsibility for operations by reporting deviations and following up on issues in consultation with the department manager.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a financial education
- Previous experience in financial, personnel, and payroll administration
- Good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
- Holds a B driver's license
We prefer that you have worked with project economics and have an understanding of how finances are monitored in a project. We also believe that you have worked in and thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. Experience with the installation agreement and the financial system Agresso is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and organized. You are driven, engaged, and used to independently planning and structuring your work within given time frames and deadlines. You see it as a given to deliver good quality and are skilled at seeing the big picture, can lead yourself, and have the ability to work efficiently.
