SMÅA is an independent unemployment fund for entrepreneurs and their family members who want to insure themselves against income loss due to unemployment. SMÅA started its operations in 1969 and is today, with 100,000 members, Sweden's largest entrepreneur-owned membership organization.

SMÅA's vision is that all entrepreneurs in Sweden are members of an unemployment fund and that the first choice is SMÅA. The head office is located in Lycksele in Västerbotten County. SMÅA also has a local office in Stockholm.

SMÅA is looking for an Insurance Investigator

Your tasks include processing cases according to the Unemployment Insurance Act, and you will also assist members via phone and digital channels. As an insurance investigator with us, you will work independently and in a team with a complex insurance, where your analytical and communicative skills are valued.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

- We prefer that you have at least two years of work experience.

- Experience working with unemployment insurance or case management at an authority is an advantage, as is a university education or other qualifications deemed equivalent.

- You are a service-oriented, positive person who puts the member in focus and shows humility for our members' situations.

- You have good digital skills.

- You have a quick learning ability, are responsible, and appreciate being part of a team while also being able to work independently.

- You have a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you are multilingual.

We place great importance on your personal attributes. The position is permanent, full-time, based in Lycksele, and we apply a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
