Description
Welcome to us if you want to make a difference in an exciting role as an HR Administrator in a growing and development-oriented municipality.
The HR department is tasked with supporting managers and employees in all areas that an HR department typically works with, including payroll and system issues, work environment, rehabilitation, labor law, as well as employee and leadership development. We deliver with high quality, good service, and a friendly approach. We welcome you as the seventh member of our happy team led by our HR manager.
Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator with us, you will primarily work with standard payroll administrative tasks focusing on correct pay at the right time.
You will work closely with a colleague, and you are expected to collaborate on all overarching payroll administrative issues that may pass through an HR department, with good support from others in the department.
As first-line support, you are an advisor in all types of HR administrative questions and a particular expert regarding the application of the laws and regulations governing the payroll area. You will also support the use of the payroll system Personec P and are generally expected to be curious about development work with digitalization as a tool.
Since you will have daily contact with our operations, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with others, are service-oriented, attentive, and communicative.
You will also:
- Produce statistics/output for investigations and calculations within the payroll/personnel area and handle some pension administration.
- Be involved in improving and developing processes and routines, including an increased degree of digitalization. Contribute to developing the department's working methods within the payroll area.
Qualifications
You have experience in practical payroll administration. It is an advantage if you have experience within municipal and/or regional administration and have worked in the payroll system Personec P.
You have knowledge and experience working with laws and agreements in the payroll area.
It is advantageous if you have a post-secondary education focused on payroll administration or experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
You have good computer skills and find it easy to learn new systems. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
You enjoy working with a variety of tasks, from routine tasks to thinking innovatively and developing work methods.
You are service-oriented, have an easy time building relationships, and are pedagogical in your communication.
You are meticulous, work systematically, and are analytical with a very good ability to work in a structured manner and can plan your work effectively.
