Our daily life is characterized by commitment, joy, and a family-like atmosphere where we know our patients. Daily, there are two doctors, two nurses, two nursing assistants, and a medical secretary present. We are now looking for a district nurse who will become the third nurse in our dedicated team.
Physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and dietitians work at the health center and contribute to the whole by being a natural part of the operation. Our unique working model has made us a valued healthcare provider, as confirmed by both satisfied patients and employees. Since our start in 2020, we have grown from 1,300 listed patients to over 3,600 – and we continue to grow!
Job Responsibilities
As a district nurse with us, you will:
- Perform standard district nurse tasks such as reception work, triage, health checks, infusions, injections, vaccinations, and dressings.
- Work with patient counseling via phone and through our digital app, MittPTJ.
- Help build bridges to the municipality in matters concerning patients' care and welfare.
- Participate in daily short clinic meetings, where we discuss patient cases, share knowledge, and keep ourselves updated.
- Be involved in our dedicated team, where you work closely with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and secretaries.
- Participate in the work of developing patient flow for close and person-centered care.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse. You must be proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who is warm, engaged, and confident in your role as a district nurse. You are unpretentious, flexible, and see yourself as an important part of a strong team.
Additional Information
- The clinic's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Working hours are initially 100%, but can be discussed.
- Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
