We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a focus on organizational consulting for a targeted group intervention within educational activities. The assignment is carried out in a workgroup with a manager and employees where there are workplace challenges related to collaboration, communication, reception, and conflict management. The intervention is part of an established action plan to strengthen the work environment and work-related health.

• Plan and facilitate four workshops focusing on values, inclusion, reception, communication, collaboration, and conflict management.
• Conduct a dialogue with the client before starting to clarify purpose, structure, and expectations.
• Adapt content and exercises based on the group's needs and ongoing dynamics.
• Hold a follow-up meeting after the intervention to summarize lessons learned and suggest further direction.

• Licensed psychologist and experienced organizational consultant.
• Documented experience from assignments within upper secondary school.
• Experience working with complex group dynamics that have persisted over a longer period.
