JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care responsible nurse, you will be part of maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Omsorg AB. You will work alongside a group of care responsible nurses where you will have access to support and assistance. Within Landskrona City, there is an HSL group with extended delegations. The extended delegations and management of the HSL group's nursing assistants are handled by the care responsible nurses in regular home care. We are co-located in a building at Kungsgatan 15 with various professionals working with our patients, providing new perspectives and increased quality for patients enrolled in home care, LSS housing, and care and nursing homes. The assignment includes traditional tasks for a care responsible nurse within municipal primary care. Supporting and inspiring staff, relatives, and other caregivers is part of your job responsibilities. The work involves contacts within your own organization and with other caregivers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region. You will be in contact with medical technology and with patients who have complex care needs. You need good computer skills and the ability to handle modern technology. We want your work to be characterized by an ethical approach and carried out in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. As a person, you have a good approach, work for good results, and take responsibility. You work methodically and with a scientific approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on the elderly, or general nurse. Experience in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care is advantageous. Good experience in documenting in journal systems is required. In Landskrona, people from many different nationalities live, and we welcome applicants with broad cultural competence.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required as night work occurs.
