JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a proactive physiotherapist who wants to work in a team-based manner and close to individuals in their everyday environment? Do you want a developing temporary position where you contribute to strengthening rehabilitation work within municipal health and medical care? Then this may be the right position for you.

As a physiotherapist in Lomma Municipality, you will work in a multi-professional team together with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, care managers, and nursing staff. Collaboration and shared responsibility for the patient's rehabilitation is a central part of the work.

The position is primarily aimed at ordinary housing, which means that you will meet patients in their homes.

In the role of physiotherapist, you will:

  • Assess functional capacity and plan and follow up rehabilitation efforts
  • Set goals and implement individually tailored training and treatment interventions
  • Conduct functional assessments
  • Prescribe and trial technical aids
  • Guide and instruct nursing staff in transfer techniques
  • Conduct training for nursing staff
  • Collaborate in teams around patients and participate in work related to quality registers

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. To thrive with us, you need to be structured, solution-focused, and meticulous in your work. You have a good ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others, with quality and patient safety in focus.

  • Have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and guide
  • Have an interest in development issues and good computer skills
  • Hold a B driver's license
