About the Job

At Uniflex Kalmar, we are now looking for customer service representatives for one of our clients, a leading property developer and manager in Sweden.

The tasks include handling incoming calls where you assist customers with their inquiries, including invoice questions and reporting issues. The position also involves some administrative tasks and email management. As an employee, you will receive coaching, attend training sessions, and set personal goals to develop and thrive in your role while contributing to the development of the business.

The assignment is full-time with varying working hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends. It is a long-term employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. The employment begins with a paid 4-week training. The start date is around the end of February to early March.

To fit this role, we expect you to have the following:

• A minimum of a high school diploma

• Good knowledge of Office programs

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good quality

• Experience in the service industry, preferably in customer service, reception, or retail.
