We are looking for driven salespeople for Telenor!

Uniflex is seeking engaged and driven salespeople for future assignments at Telenor's customer service in Kalmar, starting in the spring/summer. You will be working at our client's bright and fresh premises at Varvsholmen in Kalmar, where community and engagement are highly valued. The client invests a lot in their staff, and there are good development opportunities within the company. They actively work to attract motivated, engaged, and inspiring personnel. As part of our team, you will be the face of Telenor's products and brand.

In this role, you will not only assist Telenor's customers with their questions, big and small, but you will also actively work with upselling. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented and attentive to the customer's needs to offer tailored solutions in an inspiring and engaging manner.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is eager to work with sales over the phone. You enjoy problem-solving and always strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction, creating added value and fantastic experiences for Telenor's customers. You are responsible, quality-conscious, and enjoy working towards set goals, both individually and as a team. Furthermore, you are used to working with computers, you write and speak Swedish fluently, and you have a good command of English. Previous experience in telephone sales is an advantage.

The position is full-time over the summer with the possibility of extension. Working hours are varied and scheduled during customer service's opening hours on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. The employment begins with training to give you the best conditions for success in your new job. You will receive a fixed salary according to the agreement and the possibility of commission.
