IT Procurement Specialist

In your role as an IT Procurement Specialist with us, you will be a key person throughout the procurement process.

You will lead the process in larger and smaller procurements and drive these in close collaboration with expert groups, steering groups, and decision-makers within the organizations. You have a strategically important role and work with procurements independently and commercially throughout the process. The procurements are carried out in collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues in the organizations.

In your role, you will also provide advice and information on procurement issues and follow up and maintain contracts and supplier contacts in close cooperation with the business. You will also participate in internal and external networks, thereby contributing to the development of our business so that we become even better. About You

For the position, you should have a university degree in economics, purchasing, or logistics, or other relevant education for the role. We prefer that you have at least 5 years of experience in qualified procurement work in the public sector, alternatively relevant experience from the private sector, and also have knowledge/interest in the IT field.

We assume that you have good system skills, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working with Tendsign or similar systems. As an applicant, you should also have a good commercial understanding and knowledge of the laws on public procurement, primarily LOU. For the position, you will also benefit from knowledge and experience in negotiations and business regarding high-tech equipment.

You have a professional approach - you are service-oriented, attentive, and structured. You take responsibility for your tasks, are unpretentious and curious with good analytical skills. You express yourself well in both spoken and written language, in both Swedish and English, and you are comfortable speaking in front of larger groups. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner but can also lead the group when needed. You are flexible and have a desire, just like us, to contribute to the positive atmosphere in our unit.

You will be part of the procurement unit, which consists of 27 employees. We carry out regional procurements for the entire region and support all our operations in contract and procurement issues. We actively follow up on contracts and have a special responsibility to ensure that the region's operations apply the procured contracts.
