About the role
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in agriculture and business affairs who wants to develop in this area. You will be part of the Agriculture/Business Team, which means you will work with this team alternately between our two offices in Borgholm and Färjestaden, as well as via phone and digital channels.
- You will handle inquiries and questions from agricultural and business customers via digital channels as well as through our advisors in a professional and efficient manner.
- Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a business support, your mission will be to create added value for both new and existing customers.
- You should enjoy proactively working with customers who do not have a designated advisor and be the entry point into the bank for these customers.
- You will process simpler credit matters.
- You will work with a team spirit where you will be the spider in the web for this group and act as a support for the business manager in various administrative tasks.
- You will support others in the team with cash management issues.
- You will be an important part of our work with customer knowledge issues.
- You see digitalization as an opportunity to develop customer relationships and working methods.
About the market in Öland
Öland is characterized by a business market with small and medium-sized enterprises with significant seasonal variation. Agriculture and tourism are the two dominant industries in Öland.
Your immediate manager will be the Business Manager, and you will work from both offices in Öland, Färjestaden and Borgholm.
About you
We are looking for someone who is social, takes initiative, and has the ability to prioritize your tasks based on the best interests of the customer and the bank. You have a desire to meet, and sometimes exceed, customer expectations. You are a humble team player who finds it easy to collaborate with your colleagues and wants to contribute to the team's and bank's common goals.
We prefer that you have a university degree or equivalent. Previous experience in finance is also an advantage. We place greater emphasis on your personal qualities and that you have previously worked with service and customer relations.
The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period that may apply.
