We are now looking for a Service Manager who wants to take responsibility for the whole – and who takes pride in leading people, developing the business, and representing one of the world's strongest brands.
About the role
As Service Manager in Kalmar, you will lead the workshop with full responsibility for results, quality, and daily operations. You will work closely with the business and the people – while keeping an eye on the future.
You will lead a team of about 10 employees who know their jobs, care about quality, and want to do things right. Your task is to create the conditions for them to succeed even better – together.
The role is part of the local management team and has a clear mandate to influence how we work, develop, and grow.
This is your mission
Take overall responsibility for the service operation's performance, results, and development
Be a present leader who builds engagement, accountability, and team spirit
Ensure high quality in customer interactions, work, and delivery
Drive sales and development of service and aftermarket services
Optimize staffing, capacity, and competence for long-term profitability
Monitor finances, margins, and key figures – and act on them
Work according to Toyota's working methods while improving where it creates value
Have personnel responsibility including work environment, development, and recruitment

Have experience in leadership within service, workshop, sales, or other customer-facing operations
Are comfortable monitoring finances and key figures
Are clear, structured, and communicative
Thrive with responsibility and enjoy developing both people and operations
Master Swedish and English and are comfortable with digital systems
