In your daily work, you are part of the everyday life of elderly people and work to support them so they can live as meaningful, independent, and active a life as possible.

Here in Lund, we actively work to stay at the forefront when it comes to digital working methods. Both in terms of digital interventions for the users, but also in your work as an employee with us. About the role and your tasks

Your work is guided by the needs of individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and anything else the person you are supporting needs help with. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operations and maintaining good quality.

We are now also looking for you who want to work as a resource. You will work in more than one area. Your shifts will be scheduled within the four areas; home care areas Torn, Norra fäladen, Väster team one, and Väster team two. You are flexible and enjoy meeting new colleagues and working in several units. As resource staff, you work where the need is greatest and create security, warmth, and care for people who really need it.

We are looking for nursing assistants for permanent employment.

We offer everyone to work full-time, which means 36 hours and 20 minutes a week. Everyone works every other weekend. If you work during the day, the working hours are from 07:00 to 15:00. For those who work evenings, the working hours are from 14:45 to 22:45.

We are looking for someone who

  • is a trained nursing assistant or an experienced caregiver.
  • experience in care work is an advantage.
  • To work in home care, cycling experience is required, and in some areas, a driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
  • You also need to have good digital skills, for example, in connection with documentation.

You are responsible, committed, flexible, and attentive - with users, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is for each individual to be involved and have an influence over their everyday life.

About the workplace

Home care Rosen is centrally located on Brunnsgatan in Lund, and you can easily get here by bus or on foot from the central station.

Lund Municipality's home care is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, nursing assistants and caregivers work in teams with health and medical personnel under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator/planner.
