Do you want to work in a varied and operational role where you can take a comprehensive approach to the daily operations and long-term development of properties? We are now looking for an operational property manager/property technician who enjoys being close to the business, likes problem-solving, and wants to contribute to safe, thriving, and efficient properties.

As an operational property manager/property technician, you will be responsible for both the operation, maintenance, and development of properties. You will work broadly – from handling technical faults and inspections to planning actions, following up with suppliers, and ensuring that the properties function optimally for the tenants.

• Daily operational and maintenance work in the properties
• Troubleshooting and actions within HVAC, ventilation, electricity, and control/regulation
• Inspections, supervision, and documentation
• Planning and follow-up of regular maintenance
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ordering, procurement, and coordination of external efforts
• Participation in long-term development and improvement projects

• Has experience as a property technician, operations technician, property manager, or equivalent
• Has a good technical understanding of property systems
• Is self-driven, service-oriented, and has an easy time building good relationships
• Enjoys varied tasks and working both practically and structured
• Has a B driver's license (requirement)
