About the Position

Zeppelin Power is now seeking a regional technician focusing on our workshop in Landvetter as well as fieldwork within the marine segment in the region. In this role, you will work independently with Caterpillar engines and power solutions, and be responsible for planning and preparing new engines ordered by customers in our workshop. The work also includes service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair both in the workshop and on-site with customers across all our segments.

As a regional technician, you are a technical expert and an important resource for the region. You identify, analyze, and document technical problems and actively contribute to long-term and sustainable solutions to ensure the highest possible operational reliability and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good technical understanding of diesel engines and power generation
• Is comfortable with electrical work at the engine level and can read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Has experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving of technical systems
• Works systematically and carefully with documentation, work orders, and reporting
• Enjoys taking independent responsibility but also collaborates well with colleagues and other functions
• Has good communication skills and feels confident in customer dialogues
• Holds a valid driver's license (requirement)

Experience with Caterpillar engines is an advantage, as well as experience from marine applications, but we also welcome candidates with a similar background in diesel engines, power systems, or related technical areas.
